Total Clean Arad Offices / 2024

Back in 2020 we had the pleasure to design the interior of Total Clean’s new main offices in Oradea, with a focus on functionality and a clean, modern look. We used a neutral colour palette consisting of various shades of dark greys and sand tones, as well as wood texture, with a bit of an industrial touch through anthracite grey metal features, like the main staircase’s railing. You can see the finished project here.

Fast forward to 2024 and we completed their new offices in Arad, located in an existing building which went through a much needed process of renovation. Here are a couple of before images, so you can get an idea of what we started from:

For the Arad location the client desired to mostly follow the same “theme” from the offices in Oradea, of course adapted to the building’s features and team’s requests.

We stayed with the same colour palette: dark grey, sand tones and wood. However, due to the spaces being somewhat smaller here, we chose a lighter wood tone for a brighter overall look.

For the meeting room we decided to do the exact opposite in order to create a much more intimate space for discussions, which is why we proposed dark grey walls, with a light pendant focusing on the oval-shaped meeting table. We added a felt slatted wall for texture and to break the monotony of the otherwise simple walls and it also helps with improving the acoustic insulation of the room.

The access to both the meeting room and the main office area is done through large smoked glass doors, that visually connect the main rooms of the building, help bring more light into the narrow corridor at the building’s entrance, as well as give a bigger sense of space.

The kitchenette wasn’t forgotten either, even if it’s rather small. Design-wise it falls in line with the rest of the spaces, creating a warm spot to have lunch, coffee or just a chat break.

We chose simple matte brass light pendants with a pretty edge detail to give it some personality. They’re from Kave Home and you can find them here or by clicking on the image below (*affiliate links).

We’re happy of how it turned out and hope you like it as well! Let me know if there are any questions you might have regarding the project.
